Master of Arts in Management, Economics, finance, business administration or relevant discipline
• A consultant experienced in KM with at least 5 similar assignments performed in KM program, designing strategic framework for developing KM capabilities, digital and non-digital templates for capturing and sharing knowledge, and change management elsewhere.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs for public and private companies in Rwanda and/or elsewhere.
• At least 3 years of experience working in the banking sector.
Team member
Bachelor’s degree in information and communication technology, Project management, or related area
• At least 5 years working experience in public and private companies, and 3 years working in KM programs, designing KM frameworks, conducting research, facilitating coaching & mentoring sessions for Knowledge transfer, and conducting trainings, etc.
• Understanding of banking sector is an advantage

Team leader
Master of Arts in Information and Communication Technology or relevant discipline
• A consultant experienced in KM with at least 5 similar assignments performed in knowledge management program, designing KM platform, portal, elsewhere.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs in Rwanda and/or elsewhere.
• At least 3 years of experience working in the banking sector.
Team member 1
Bachelor’s degree in information and communication technology or related area
• At least 3 years working experience in KM programs, in designing platforms for Knowledge sharing and focusing on the format of the content, UI/UX
• Understanding of banking sector is an advantage
Team member 2
Bachelor’s degree in information and communication technology or related area
• An engineer with at least 3 years’ experience in the development/ deployment of a digital platform, focusing on back-end technology.
• Understanding of banking sector is an advantage.
