   The consultant’s requirements will be as follows:
• Two contracts experience of the similar size and complexity in the last 10 years. The similarity of the projects shall be based on the design of irrigation schemes with command area of not less than 1,000 ha with either earth dams or barrages. In case of a joint venture, this requirement will apply to one of the members or to the two members with at least one contract for each member.
• Having been involved in the design of earth dams of not less than 25 meters height.
• 10 years’ working experience in integrating climate change projections into simulations of stress tests for infrastructure planning and design (especially bottom-up approaches as in “Confronting Climate Uncertainty in Water Resources Planning and Project Design: The Decision Tree Framework” available at https://elibrary.worldbank.org/doi/abs/10.1596/978-1-4648-0477-9).
• Having carried out 2 (two) projects internationally financed by multilaterals of the similar size and complexity in the last 10 years will be an advantage.
• Working experience in Portuguese speaking countries will be an advantage
• Having a certified quality management system.
• Experience in the preparation of bidding documents using FIDIC framework.
• Annual invoicing of more than 50 million US$ or not less than 100 employees.
