Rezumat

       

notice_summary_english: Open tender pursuant to art. 132 of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1605, consolidated text), hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Law

a) Stage I - preparation of complete design documentation necessary to perform construction works, together with a complete set of permits or notifications enabling the implementation of the investment entitled "Strengthening specialist outpatient care at the Provincial Hospital in Kielce", i.e. a construction design in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development of September 11, 2020 (Journal of Laws 2022.1679 consolidated text) on the detailed scope and form of the construction design together with bills of quantities, STWiOR, investor cost estimates, a summary cost statement and an executive design for all industries, together with obtaining a valid building permit or notification (if an appropriate administrative decision is required) on behalf of the Ordering Party enabling the investment process to be carried out.

b) Stage II - technical advice at the stage of the public procurement procedure in order to select the future Contractor implementing the planned Investment and exercising authorial supervision over the compliance of the implemented investments with the design documentation during the implementation of the investment.
Details regarding the development of complete design documentation are included in Appendix No. 2a to SWZ – PFU Provincial clinic for children, Appendix No. 2b to SWZ – PFU Provincial clinic for adults. Information regarding the principles of implementation of the subject of the order and remuneration is specified in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ – Draft provisions of the public procurement contract.
