Average Annual Construction Turnover: A Participant’s minimum average annual construction turnover for the given period of time shall be equivalent to EUR 200,000,000.00 (Two Hundred Million Euros)

Period: from 01/07/2014 to the deadline for submission of proposals
1. General Experience: A Participant shall demonstrate experience as a contractor (in any role), in the execution of:
• 1 (one) contract, that have been substantially (at least 80% of the Initial Contract Price for Construction, E&M and Signaling Works) completed, with a value of works, implemented by the Participant (if carried out as a Joint Venture, the value of the works falling to the Participant’s share), at least EUR 250,000,000.00 (Two Hundred Fifty Million Euros) equivalent which is similar to the proposed contract.
Similar Contract: Railway systems (HSR, Railway, LRT, Tramline and Metro) (completing civil works and electrification works and signaling works) shall be considered as similar works.
2. Management Experience: Experience as a main contractor or a lead partner in a JVCA in the execution at least one contract with a value equivalent of at least EUR 250,000,000.00 (Two Hundred Fifty Million Euros) equivalent, that has been substantially (at least 80% physically) completed.
3. Specific Experience: For the above similar contract or other contracts in Highway or Motorway projects, experience (if carried out as a Joint Venture, tunnel length falling to the Participant’s share) with the substantial (at least 80% physically) completion of:
• contracts including at least 2 (two) km of NATM tunnel construction works (with several contracts is acceptable), and
• contracts including at least 5 (five) km of TBM tunnel construction works with a maximum of two contracts.
