   A firm should have extensive proven record and experience in developing successful learning and development strategies, policy, process, procedures and tools, and its implementation in banking sector of a similar size with BRD,

The firm should provide the following key staff and expertise:
1. Team Leader
• A certified Training and Development expert by an international reputable organization.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Over 10 years’ experience in training and development of which 5 years are in financial institutions of a similar size as BRD.
• Evidence of strategy development work with at least 2 organizations in financial institutions of a similar size as BRD.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to gather, analyze and generate information for decision making purposes.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is a requirement, knowledge in French is an added value.

2. HR Expert
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources management
• A minimum of 7 years’ proven experience in analyzing and addressing human resource development needs in a corporate environment.
• Evidenced experience of developing Human Resource development strategies in a corporate environment A certified Training and Development expert by an international reputable organization.
• A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in training and development with organizations of similar size as BRD.
• Hands-on experience with a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is a requirement, knowledge in French is an added value.

In addition to this expertise and depending on the nature of technical offer, the Consultant may propose additional expertise in specific fields.
