   The auditor must be able to conduct the audit in English.

The auditor is surrounded by a team with appropriate professional qualifications and experience in accordance with IFAC standards, in particular International Standards on Auditing, as well as experience in auditing the accounts of projects comparable in size and complexity to those of the Entity in question.
The profile of the audit firm and the teams of auditors:
- The partner signing the report must be a qualified chartered accountant and a member of the professional associations of chartered accountants.
- Associate staff should have experience of auditing projects financed by French public funding bodies.
- Application of recognized professional standards (IFAC, IDEAS, etc.)
