   Bidder shall be, Eligible manufacturers of Electric Buses (OEM),
which is a company or any other legal entity incorporated
under the Companies Act or relevant statute in India and which
is having valid permits for manufacturing battery operated
electric buses
OR
Authorized dealers of OEM, provided they submit valid
dealership certificate along with authorization and undertaking
from OEM for bidding. The Authorized dealer shall be a
company or any other legal entity incorporated under the
Companies Act or relevant statute in India

Minimum average annual supplier turnover of Rs.41.21 crore,
calculated as Total certified payments received for contracts in
progress and/or completed within any 3 out of last 5 financial
years ending in March 2022


Submission of audited balance sheets or if not required by the law of the
Bidder’s country, other financial statements acceptable to the Purchaser,
for the any 3 years out of last five financial years ending in March 2022 to
demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidder’s financial position based
on the following criteria:
liquidity ratio ≥ 1.1
((Current Assets) / (Current Liabilities) ≥ 1.1)
indebtedness ratio ≤ 80%
((Total Liabilities) x 100 / (Total Assets) ≤ 80%)]


A minimum of 15 nos of similar1 item(9 meter electric bus) in a
single contract that have been completed or substantially2 completed as Supplier, or joint venture member3,during the
last 7 years ending in 31.07.2023.
