   Average Annual Construction Turnover: The minimum annual average construction turnover shall be Euro 25 (twenty five) million in the last five years.

Financial Capabilities: Access to financial means sufficient to meet the construction cash flow requirements estimated as Euro 4 (four) million for the subject contract(s) net of the Bidder’s other commitments.

Contracts of Similar Size and Nature:
o Participation in at least two Reference Contract, comprising civil works in water sector that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed by the Bidder as a prime contractor, joint venture member, management contractor or subcontractor within the last 10 years prior to the bid submission date, wherein the Bidder’s participation exceeds Euro 25 million under each contract.
o Participation in at least two Reference Contracts that have been successfully or substantially completed within the last 10 years prior to the bid submission date, where scope of works under each contract includes management and supervision of procurement and supply, installation, testing, disinfection, pre- commissioning, and commissioning of more than 10 km of pipeline for potable water supply in carriageways. One contract of the two, shall have used minimum 5km of HDPE pipe of minimum diameter OD450mm.
