   Minimum qualification
(i).Experience on similar assignments in the last ten years on Design and Supervision of Works for a mass-transit system of at least 15 km executed in an urban area. For each project performed, the Consultant shall provide the name and address of the Client, start date and completed dates, name(s) of lead and associate firms. Cited projects with insufficient information will not be considered
(ii). The technical area and expertise – list appropriate managerial and technical skills among staff related to the assignment; and
(iii). Experience in similar conditions of at least 3 years working in a Developing countries;

Eligibility of Bidders
8. The Applicant shall submit only one application, either in its own name or as a member of a Joint Venture (JV). If an Applicant (including any JV member) submits or participates in more than one application, those applications shall be all rejected. However, the same Sub-Consultant may participate in several applications. If the Applicant is a JV, the expression of interest shall include: a Letter of Intent to execute a JV Agreement, signed by all members together with a copy of the Agreement Proposal
