   Qualification criteria are as follows:

Contracts of Similar Size and Nature

(i) Bidder must meet the requirement of minimum average annual construction turnover of Euro 3.0 million, for the last 5 years.
(ii) Bidder must demonstrate experience under contracts for geotechnical exploration in the role of prime contractor, JV member, subcontractor, or management contractor for at least the last ten (10) years, starting 1st January 2012.
(iii) Bidder must have participated in at least two Reference Contracts, each of minimum value Euro 850,000 which have been satisfactorily and substantially completed as a prime contractor, joint venture member, management contractor or subcontractor between 1st January 2016 and application submission deadline
(iv) Bidder must demonstrate minimum construction experience of conducting the following geotechnical exploratory tests as prime contractor, joint venture member, management contractor or subcontractor which have been completed between 1st January 2016 and application submission deadline:
• Cable Percussion Boreholes – land based
• Rotary Coring Boreholes – land based
• Cable Percussion Boreholes and Rotary Coring Boreholes from floating platform or jack up platform in water
• Piezocone / Electrical Cone CPTu
• Dissipation Testing
• Seismic Cone Testing
