   (i) The Applicant shall demonstrate that it has access to, or has available, liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means (independent of any contractual advance payment) sufficient to meet the cash flow requirements estimated as US$ 2 Million for the subject contract(s) net of the Applicants other commitments.
Minimum average annual turnover of US$ 10M (Ten Million USD) for the last 5 years.
A minimum number of similar contracts specified below that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed as a prime contractor, joint venture member management contractor or subcontractor between 1st July 2011 and application submission deadline: 2 contracts, each of minimum value US$ 12 Million that have been successfully and substanitally completed and are similar to the proposed works. Out of 2 projects, one project should be substantially completed by the bidder outside their home country. The similarity shall be based on the physical size, complexity and technicity of the Works.
Construction and/or Rehabilitation of power channel and/or spillway chute and/or similar hydraulic structure with shotcrete and/or plain concrete and/or reinforced concrete lining and construction of cross drainage works that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed.”
Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of hydropower plant of 15 MW (generating unit size should not be less than 5MW having Francis type turbine) or higher rating with following equipment / components which are performing satisfactorily for consecutive two years:
- Hydraulic Turbine Generating Units;
- Turbine Governors, Main Inlet Valves, EOT cranes;
- Balance of Plant E&M Equipment;
- 132 KV or higher substations;
- Power Transformers;
- SCADA and Protection.
