The Set Of Actions To Be Carried Out Are Described Below Depending On The Phase And/Or Chapter Of Execution Of The Planned Works. Before The Start Of The Activities, A Cleaning And Clearing Of The Land Will Be Carried Out With A Mini Fuel Loader And Mechanical Loading Of The Remains Onto A Truck Or Container. It Will Also Be Necessary To Remove The Remains Of The Niches In Poor Condition That Must Be Demolished, Following All Hygienic And Sanitary Measures, As Well As Respect And Care, According To The Administrative Procedures Established For Current Legislation. With Regard To Demolition And Disassembly, The Complete Demolition Of The Niche Module That Is In An Advanced State Of Deterioration Will Be Carried Out. The Existing Roof On The Other Module Of Niches Will Also Be Demolished, In Order To Equalize The Roofs Of The Modules Later. Regarding The Perimeter Walls Of The Cemetery, The Surfaces Will Be Plastered For Subsequent Plastering. The Existing Iron Door Will Be Dismantled For Painting And Subsequent Re-Installation. All Debris Generated Will Be Loaded Into A Transport Truck And Taken To An Authorized Depot For Management. As Part Of The Earthworks Of The Action, A General Earthworks Of The Area Will Need To Be Carried Out And, Subsequently, The Boxes Of The New Interior Floors Will Need To Be Reviewed And Compacted, As Well As The Base Of The Floor Of The New Niches.
